Since 1999 Tom´s Fahrzeugtechnik is specialised in TOYOTA Heavy-Duty LandCruisers new and used. We offer long-time experience and routine in modification and customizing LandCruisers and 4×4-expedition-cars, we build up offroad-capable cabins and supply your car with useful hinged pop-top and rearend-extension.
One of our benefits is a wide range of spare-parts and accessories, especially for Toyota Heavy-Duty-LandCruisers. We offer spare-parts, not available by Toyota Europe, like new bodies, additional fuel-tanks, complete engines and much more.
We are well stocked with lots of used spare-parts, reasonable priced, for Toyota J4, J6, J7 , J8 and J10.
We also offer special offroad-tyres and -rims, even special-sized, for almost every model and different application ranges.
We attended very early to exhaust detoxification of diesel-engined 4×4 and as a result of our endeavour, we are able to offer backfitting for practical every Toyota LandCruiser, to make your car complying with european standards. With one of our exhaust-gas catalytic converters you probably save lots of money!
If you like, we upgrade your HZJ 1-HZ-engine with a reliable turbocharger, which increases enginepower to solid 110 kW (150 PS) and, more important, provides a remarkable gain on torque. Very useful for hauling heavy trailers or when driving in high-altitude-situations, like you can find in some areas of south amercia. Unlike a uncharged diesel-engine, the turbocharged engine keeps the power even in great altitude, when oxygen is low. Of course the turbocharged engine eases situation on dunes and in desert sand! You possibly save up to 20% of fuel, when using the same power as the uncharged engine offers. But even without turbocharging we are able to optimize the engine-power of your LandCruiser. Ask for it!
In our repair-shop we restore vintage 4×4s like Toyota BJ 42 or BJ 45 competent and carefully. We refit engines, axles and transmissions the same way. If you prefer to do repairs like that by yourself, we offer high-quality repair-kits for this purpose at reasonable prices.
Of course you want to make adequate use of your well equipped and perfectly maintained car! No problem: Join us on one of our several annually expeditions to North Africa or East Europe, suitable for newcomers and experienced offroaders also!
Our guided expeditions are a perfect chance for offroad-beginners to learn everything about the fascinating abilities of a 4×4 all-terrain-vehicle and how to make responsable use of it without almost any risk! But even the experienced offroader enjoys the advantages to be part of our well organized and carefully arranged expeditions.
Tom´s Fahrzeugtechnik is renting equipment like roof tent, GPS-navigation, sand ladder, canister and lots more. And, if you like, even a complete car: Well equipped and comforting insured. So nothing is in the way to start the big adventure!
